RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Location: Concordia Sagittaria (VE) Italy -  2004

The building is located in the historic center of Concordia Sagittaria in expansion to an existing one built on three floors. It is taken at compositional rule the modularity of the system original and some facade elements come reinterpreted through a composition that it redefines the relationship between full and empty, between the base and raised, opposing the rule compositional with some exceptions. On the facade the three original housing cells are characterized with offset windows and frames in lime of different sizes connote figuratively the prospect scan. The basis of the building is emptied and pillars mark the axes of the original housing cells.
